hi.my top floor water spraying..eventhough main pipe already turn off,but water still spraying inside his house.management want to go to the house but do not have key to enter as he outstation.he mention that he cannot come back to his house to open the door.already 2weeks water spraying.
my question is,if my built in furniture spoilt,will he held responsible to repair it?
