hi...my upper unit kitchen is flood with water due to pipe burst causing all the water slowly leak through the wall weeks by weeks until i recently discover my whole kitchen cabinet, ceiling , mosaic wall,wiring all damage, est cost repair rm 15k to 20k.can i sue my management for not informing me about the leak, and upper unit for neglect the housing causing serious damage to mine house
