How can I benefit for investing in lowcost flats (<RM50k) with cash purchase and collect rent? I can break even faster in 5-10years and collect RM300-400 every month .



On the other hand, for low-mid end condos, ((300k-400k), I will go on negative cash flow everymonth where rental is lower than installment and other fees. I just need to wait for capital appreciation only which is very speculative. Bus is going to happen in 5-10years time.
