How do i make a complain about an agent, Christine Yek, who displayed rude behavior. Despite available units being clearly indicated, she immediately dismissed the inquiry without any hesitation, solely based on the race of the caller. There was a lack of courtesy in her communication, as she did not greet politely and instead prioritized inquiring about the caller’s race.
