How is the 10% interest charged on outstanding maintenance fee & sinking fund calculated? Assuming the maint fee & sinking fund is RM429 per quarter and I did not pay for 2nd and 3rd quarter, ie from Apr - Sept 2022. What is the penalty amount as at 1/10/2022? Appreciate your advice.
