For the sale and/or purchase of land/buildings within Malaysia, it's set at a maximum of 3% of the property’s sale price (but with a minimum of RM1,000 per property).

For personal property (also known as chattels), including plant and machinery, 10% of the proceeds are chargeable for the agent's fees.

If you'd like to know about the agent's fees for homes or rooms to let, it's set at a minimum fee of 1 month’s rental, or you could see the full table here: https://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-guides/pay-property-agent-fees-buyer-or-seller-13261 Read More
