How to buy property with bank loan as Malaysian citizen living overseas (no income) and husband non Malaysian citizen (income)?
Can I buy as Malaysian citizen and take the loan while my husband pays with his income or does my husband have to take out a loan?
If so, that means the house must be bought under his name and therefor foreigner rules apply?
We want to buy one house in Malaysia with my Malaysian citizenship rights but my husband wants to pay for it. Buying under my name with loan under my name and my husband money. Possible?
