How to convert residential title into commercial title? What are the roadblocks that I face? Just a little context, the property that I am looking is a residential title property next to a main road, and a few blocks adjacent to it are all commercial properties. If that’s the case, would it be easy for myself to convert into commercial title once I buy the property? Also what would the steps, cost, and time involved? The property is located at Sungai Dua, Butterworth, Penang. Thanks
