how to get a misspelt name on a title corrected?
I bought a condo in KL not long ago with my wife as co-owner and got the strata title issued to us from the developer about a year ago. Today as I go thru the papers, I suddenly noticed that my wife's name was spelt wrongly. everything else, including her NRIC No is correct. Questions:
1. What will happen if we do not do anything about it?
2. How to get it corrected?
3. As the error was not created by us, do you think the legal firm which handled our issuance of the strata title is obligated to undertake he corrective work FOC?
