How to select a right property for ownstay purpose ? I went to Edgewood showroom last week. Booked an unit at level 8 facing garden. May I know the floor level is okay for resell ? I abit worry level 8 is too low(ppl dont like it). Besides, I also noticed surrounding have many new high density project. Would it too high density if i stay at Edgewood?
