Hye Guys.. I need An Opinion, currently I'm considering on buying a property in taman indah area, the project name is Aliff Heights, 320k 2bedroom 2 bathroom, 700sqft,freehold, just a few KM away from larkin Sentral. But it is within industrial area. Is the property okay for investment? I need someone else's opinion and comments since i don't have enough knowledge yet
