I am a new resident and wondering if it is a must for me to be a member in the community association. In future if this community association decided to change the access card could the association prohibit me from entering unless I become a member. A payment of RM300 need to be paid in order to become a member and since I did not make the payment they had taken me out from their Whatsapp Group Chat therefore wondering what else could they do to make me become a member.
