I am a non bumiputra muslim and my wife is a bumiputra. can my daughter and me get bumi price when we purchase a property under joint name because we were told property under HOC by government are not entitled for 5% bumiputra discount. The developer provide a/cond units under this HOC programme. we just paid the booking fee.
