I am acknowledged that if the property being purchased hasn't been issued its strata title/individual title, then I will need to sign a Deed of Assignment (DOA) instead of Memorandum of Transfer (MOT).
If I have signed the DOA, and the strata title/individual title has been issued afterwards, then do I still need to sign the MOT with the seller again?
