I am Australian citizen now.Before I am Malaysian citizen born in Pengerang Johor as my place of birth in my birth certificate.My grandpa died left a piece of land in Pengerang to my uncle and now my uncle dies he left no will but stated orally before his death this grandpa land must distribute to me and his sons.Now the son who is a Singaporean citizen.ask me that we should do draw proper shares and name in the land title deed which currently no name register yet.What I need to find out is a foreigner can own share in land property in Malaysia and the process around application and any levy tax if application successful.Appreciate answers and any further informations required.
