I am co-owner of 2 pieces of Malay Reserved Land in KL. I've entered JV Agreement to develop into Commercial Property.
I bought in 1981 and submitted for Strata Title and approved in March 2016.
What is the date of my ownership?
From the date of purchased? (Registered owner in 1981)
OR from the date of Strata Title Issued? (in 2016)
I've already started selling and in the process of signing various Sale & Purchase Agreement.
DO I HAVE TO PAY REAL PROPERTY GAIN TAX?
