I am currently serving a housing loan from a bank for a property under construction. Recently I have noticed that the bank has released 2 progressive payments to the developer. This is by itself okay, but what I am not sure is whether the developer is legally obligated to send me a copy of the notice of payments to the bank and the architect's approval. I have called the developer, left messages to the person in charge, but there has not been any replies. Is this normal? Are there any other actions that I can?
