I am enquiring on my uncle behalf.
He has already transferred his houses to his wife and daughter. One unit each at the same apartment block in jb. But he is still very active in the community, so i read this following online :-
"Owns a parcel on the property or if their immediate family owns two parcels on the property; and"
So for my uncle case, he can still be allow to a management committee?
If yes, where can i get a copy of the act to present to the management office for the coming AGM so allow him to be nominated management committee?
