I am going to place the booking for Retail lot in Bangsar Trade Centre very soon. But, I heard some negative feedbacks about the project. Please advice in term of land liquidation, reputation of developer, potential completion of delivery/transfer of ownership and etc. TQVM for your prompt reply.
