I am in the process of buying a freehold house. SPA, Bank loan offer letter, Bank Solicitor doc etc signed and returned. The Seller just paid off her home loan and transferring the title to herself now. How long will it take for her to transfer the title? I do not know why she want to do this now, just curios. Any comments??
