I am interested in buying a house I saw many properties initally I was more interested in buying condo for the security sake now I have changed my mind and want to buy a landed property pla advise
1.which is batter condo or landed house
2. I am interested in one semi-D house (CITY VILLA)in JB(near graveyard) the land area is 3600sf and builtup 2900st please let me know the pros and cons of this perticular house
