I am interested in purchasing the property named Pantai Peak or possibly others. Note that I do like the KLCC area. I lived in KL years ago but am now considering retiring there. What is the current opportunity for foreigners to purchase condos? I am a US citizen and so is my wife. I am interested in this particular property. I am also curious about current prices at a condo complex called Sentul West where I used to live and enjoyed the property. Thank you.
