I am looking for an investment property in KLCC. Intended unit is 2-3 bedrooms with walking distance to twin tower or main business district. With the aim for good and smooth rental return, I also need the agent to lease out the unit for me, provide services related to the rental and introduce me to a conveyance lawyer and mortgage. As I will not be living in KL, I need all the necessary advice to complete the purchase and manage the subsequent leasing. My budget is below RM 600K; of course the best price/rent ratio.
