I am looking to buy a home. I just got married. Is it a good time to buy now or should I wait? If wait, how long do I need to wait before the price will drop? Where are the good areas where houses are affordable yet good? Budget is rm500-600k. Been looking in Subang Jaya, USJ, Putra Heights, Kota Kemuning area but so far all are overpriced or not good. Prefer a 24x75 double story intermediate, extended and renovated so i can move in. Should I look for new developments or secondary market property? Please advice GURUJI. Thanks in advance.
