I am Malaysian and my wife is a foreigner, I have a house in Selangor which is value under 1M and under my name. I put my wife as the beneficiary of the property under my Will, will there be any complication for the property to be transferred over to my wife under the Will in the future as the property price is below the minimum foreigner threshold?
