i am Malaysian that works in singapore and wanted to buy a house in JB. What do i need to qualify a mortgage loan? What is the process for buying a house in my case. i don't have any income tax record in Malaysia, this is my first time buying a house. How much(%) do i need to pay for down payment? Thanks
