i am not agent but got a friend who wanted to sell a small land about 7 sq feet in kepala batas suitable to build bungalow status freehold and malay land, the price of land quoted is Rm35.00 per sq feet not sure is it correct price and the land is in town area. Please advice on the price and how to find a right buyer and my friend is desperate due to financial difficulty
