I am planning to buy a property in bukit ceylon. Looking for 2022, 3 bedders with view or dual key 2100 (600, 1 bedder +1500 2 bedder) which the veiw is not as good as 2020. I am looking for capital appreciation as well as rental return. Could you pls giv some advice on that. As well would like to know the resalable market in the future. Which one should I consider.
