I am planning to upgrade my house from single storey to double storey. My current house is in Bandar Bukit Raja, klang Selangor.I am now considering the house in either Setia Alam or Bandar Bukit Raja Klang. Both size are 20x70 and the details as below. The main reason would like to upgrade is the enable my two young boys have more space work around.
A) house in Setia Alam, Setia Indah 12. Ard 3 years house. Build up: 2200. Fully build up
Neary: Shop lot, restaurant, convenient store just within walking distance
AskIng price : ard 800k - 840k
Remark: is more convenient to us to get our food. The wet kitchen and Dry kitchen is seperated.
B) house in Bandar Bukit Raja, Cogan. Just completed. Build up: 1945, still have ard 5 feet land at the back. Neary: all housing. Need to dive only able to get our food or other stuff. Asking price: ard 720k- 740k. Remark: the house furnishing is much better than Setia Alam. The wet kitchen is very small unless we do the extention by ourself.
Would appreciate if Sir can give me some professional advise how should we consider which of the property is more value for money and what else that we should take into more consideration before making the decision
