I am refinancing my home and the total loan amount is RM225000.

This are the charges on the legal fees for the refinancing.
Please anyone advise if the legal fees charged is reasonable.

i) Fees
(1) Facility Agreement RM 2,025.00
(2) Charge & Annexure RM 202.50
(3) Entry and Withdrawal Caveat RM 350.00
(4) Discharge RM 300.00

ii) Disbursements
1) Travelling expenses RM 50.00
2) Printing & Photostating charges RM 50.00
3) Telephone, Faxing and Courier charges RM 50.00
4) Purchase Bank’s documents RM300.00
5) Statutory Declaration RM 60.00
6) Bankruptcy RM 60.00
7) Miscellaneous RM 50.00

iii) Disbursements

1) Stamp duty on Letter of Offer RM 20.00
2) Stamp duty on Facility Agreement RM1155.00
3) Stamp duty on Charge RM 40.00
4) Registration fees on Charge (1st legal charge) RM 200.00
5) Registration fees on Discharge RM 200.00
6) Registration fees on Entry Caveat RM 350.00

All these charges exclude 6% gst
