I am s first time home buyer. Developer did not give me 50% discount on MOT. They said they have given me free MOT, free lawyer fee.etc. My question this so called free MOT , developer had already factored in the selling price. Government's intention is to benefit the buyer.But now the developer got the benefits? What can we do ?
