i am seeing an auction property is selling with way below market price, it is been going through auction for 3 rounds, but no one is bidding. After I found out that this property has issue with previous owner, he owe money to bank, as well as two Ah Long (loan shark). The house is very nice and I very much like it. I need some advise how do I deal with this? It will be too risky to buy the house as Ah Long may come and disturb after getting the house. Please advise. Thanks in advance!
