I am trying to sell my freehold bunglow house in ulu kelang with an agent for sometime it is currently rented by an American who will end the tenancy in august.I urgently need to sell it can anyone help it's listed on home guru by an agent the property has been built by an experience contractor.I was there everyday to see it being transform.I originally built for my family but have been relocated to uk.I need advise urgently to Market my house effectively please advise.The property has a great pool and a lovely area.
