I & my husband signed up for a property in 2019 and just a month ago we did refinancing for the same property which we haven't received MOT from developer yet. Is it possible to have my name only in the MOT if my husband transfer the SnP document under kasih sayang? So that we don't have to pay for MOT stamping twice to change the MOT document under my name?
