I applied a housing loan from bank A. Bank A is panel for the project. However, the developer told me that I am not eligible for all the discounts (SPA & Loan agreement fees, possibily lawyer fees) since i didn't apply the loan with their choice of bank brach. Bank A is still panel for the project, it is just that I applied it at other branch with my own bank officer. Are they allowed to do this? Is Bank Negara have this rules and regulations?
