I booked a international lot, service apartment unit back in July 2012, in June 2013, the agent from the developer told me that my unit is a bumi lot. I can choose to give up the unit with my booking fee fully refunded, or I sign an agreement with developer to reserve my unit with the same property price, with the condition of 20% downpayment. My questions are: 1.Advice as in whether I should just give up or I should take up the agreement? 2.Would that unit become international lot or it would still categorized as released bumi lot? Thanks!
