I bought a 2nd-hand leased hold condo at ampang cost rm370k (850sqft) since 1st June 2013 loan from PBB, current status is: some1 from macreal valuer call & asked me to pay valuation fee (invoiced) RM1000 immediately, and some1 from PBB called me: they said once after I pay then PBB only will release money to the lawyer/seller, b4 that I never received any quotation for the valuation, out of sudden I receive these. I would like to know a) what is the valuation calculation formula b)in this stage do I have right to get more discount or how can I bargain to reduce this rm1000 valuation fee?
