I bought a condominium unit (1400 sq ft) with one parking lot 10 years ago as a subsale. Now I would like to sell the condo. However when I review the strata title with my real estate agent and my condo management, I found out that my condo strata title does not include a parking lot. The previous owner was not informed about this when he bought the unit initially.
