I bought a new 3 storey cluster house from developer and when I took the possession the house was found with many defects and with old paints and stains as well. Then I complained to developer and they brought the contractor who built the unit who claimed that those defects were due to unit being built about 2 years ago as a mock-up unit?? Not to my knowledge and consent my property was used/built as mock-up while my S&P and price was for new unit like every other buyer. What are my legal redress? Appreciate your advise. Many thanks!
