I bought a newly launched project and my loan is approved and ready to disburse. However, disbursement has been on hold by developer, loan disbursed after payment due date. I have called developer to confirm the delay and they have confirmed that the disbursement has been stop by them. The customer service from developer has also confirmed that they waive any late payment charges if any.
However, my loan has been disbursed finally in a month later, but late payment fee still imposed on me. And it has been more than a month, late payment charges still yet to waive and charge for another month.
In this scenario, who or which deparment can i complain to?
