I bought a properties and made my 10% down payment during signing S&P, but after 3 months, the S&P not yet stamping and failed to contact developer. I have log in report in KPKT and Malaysia Consumer association, but seem like nothing they can do. Please advise that what other actions I can take to confront this issue. Thank
