I bought a properties and made my 10% down payment during signing S&P, but after 3 months, the S&P not yet stamping and failed to contact developer. I have log in report in KPKT and Malaysia Consumer association, but seem like nothing they can do. Please advise that what other actions I can take to confront this issue.
The developer already moved out from the existing office and no one able to contact him. I have check with their authorise lawyer (S&P), they also not able to reach him. I request S&P copy from the lawyer, they said they cant give me without the developer approval and will proceed the stamping when the developer give them instruction. The lawyer has the right to do so? cause the developer already breach the contract. By the way, how can I reply to the answer from others, cause I cant find any reply button here, that why I need to raise on new question.
