I bought a property in Airtrollis Bukit Ara Perdana Apartment Seremban. Developer keep on delay the defects fixing. Reported the defects to the developer person in charge many times since 2019. Till today defects still remain the same. What can or should i do? I also could not find developer email address. So far, only communicated through whatapps chat. They seems not taking it seriously. Please help.
