I bought a property in Airtrollis Bukit Ara Perdana Apartment Seremban. From the Sale and Purchase Agreement, I note the developer is licensed under the Housing Development Act 1966 with its registered office in Kuching, Sarawak but also having its principal place at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. So, i would like to know whether it is governance by the Housing Tribunal in Sarawak or Peninsular
