I bought an apartment 10 years ago, by “trusted” developer, my house is under international lot, however, 10 years later, when I want to sell my house now, they said they submitted wrongly to land office as bumi lot. Is this possible? because of this issue, buyer may refuse to proceed with the purchase. What can I do?
