I bought an apartment in Seremban 2 area since 2015. This unit should have completed in 2017 but somehow it is due to some circumstances. Now I plan to sell it off without any handover key from developer. May I know what should I do to sell off this unit? Can bank release it to be sell off? Please advice. Thanks
