I brought a property from Mayland. The property name is Regalia@Sultan Ismail. We have brought it since Mar last year but the developer kept delaying handing us the property. Could I take legal action against the developer and agent who sold me the property against the rental income that we have been losing? Any advice on the next course of action to take will be very much appreciated.
