I found a condo subsale unit with significant lower price than the other units within the same building. After contacting the agent, I was told that the owner ask for cash payment for the unit. I am worrying if this is a kind of scam. Are u able to tell if this kind of cash purchase request with significant lower price than the market price contain high scam possibility? How could I check if the property is really under that particular owner?Please advice. Thank you
