I got borang 28 to file claims for inter-floor leaking happened in my apartment. The owner upper level is staying in Singapore and he claimed to management that he has done the repair work within his unit, however, he didn’t bother to compensate the damages in my unit. The damages are severe, water marks everywhere (living hall to kitchen and bedrooms).
For Borang 28, who shall fill in the form? Anyone has experience went thru the whole process and successfully got claim from owner upper unit to compensate? If so, how long is the duration for whole process? I did contacted (email) to the owner, but no news from him. Management refused to interfere as they claimed this is my responsibility to liaise with the owner upper unit. Can anyone help? Thank you.
