I had an agreement and booked a two bhk flat on payment of 20% amount. Now the builder is under custody on some other property issue. please guide to obtain the refund on cancellation of the said agreement. I am willing to pay the cancellation charges. This is also to mention that builder is saying that court has banned for his transaction so he could not pay.
